Department of Homeland Security documents received in response to American Oversight’s FOIA request for records of the number of intelligence analysts working on domestic terrorism threats since the 2009 decision to dismantle the DHS Extremism and Radicalization Branch. The records provided by DHS include a report on Dakota Access Pipeline protesters as well as a confusing cover letter.
