Communications between the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) and representatives for Education Secretary Betsy DeVos during her confirmation process in late 2016 and early 2017. These were produced to American Oversight in response to our FOIA request for records containing or reflecting communications between OGE and individuals nominated or potentially nominated to Senate-confirmed positions or appointed or potentially appointed to EOP positions. First production received December 2017 and the second March 2018.
