FOIA to shed light on Chairman McWatter’s role at NCUA and use of public funds considering that he has been repeatedly mentioned as a potential director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). This FOIA is asking for ethics guidance or directives for Mark McWatters, including, but not limited to, any guidance provided concerning receipt of gifts, accommodations and other benefits from any member of Congress.
