Records from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia containing email communications and general orders concerning detainee voting. American Oversight sought these records to shed light on detainees’ ability to vote in Gwinnett County Detention Center who either have not yet been convicted of a felony or who are completing sentences for misdemeanors.
