The Department of Health and Human Services stated it had no records responsive to American Oversight’s request for contracts with Novavax, Pfizer, Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, and Johnson & Johnson for coronavirus vaccine and therapeutics development that were routed through defense contractor Advanced Technology International, Inc.
