In response to our request for documentation pertaining to ethics waivers and potential conflicts of interest for Department of Homeland Security Senior Advisor, Colton Overcash, we received a “New Entrant Advisory” mandating his recusal from official decisions including two of his former employers as well as a copy of his resume.
