The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) stated that the agency is withholding responsive to American Oversight’s request for records sufficient to identify the data or evidence underlying officials’ assertions during and following congressional testimony regarding the number of domestic terrorism arrests and investigations associated with white supremacy.
