Following a letter submitted by Rep. Cummings which raised concerns about EPA's handling of FOIA requests, American Oversight is seeking records to shed light on EPA's FOIA processing and all records responsive to Cummings' letter. This FOIA is part of our Parallel Investigation's Initiative.

FOIA seeking all records reflecting renovation expenses for any part of the office suites for Chairman McWatters. This FOIA was submitted following reports that the chairman works remotely from Texas.

FOIA to shed light on Chairman McWatter's role at NCUA and use of public funds considering that he has been repeatedly mentioned as a potential director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). This FOIA is asking for ethics guidance or directives for Mark McWatters, including, but not limited to, any guidance provided concerning receipt of gifts, accommodations and other benefits from any member of Congress.

FOIA to NCUA seeking all telework agreements given to Chairman J. Mark McWatters from when he was appointed back in August 2014. This FOIA was supposed following reports that McWatters was working in this high-level position at NCUA from his home in Dallas, TX.
