The court’s decision dissolves the stay on a state judge’s order that the Arizona Senate produce documents held in the physical custody of election “audit” contractor Cyber Ninjas.

Order from the Arizona Supreme Court leaving in place rulings from two lower courts that had determined that records in the physical custody of the company Cyber Ninjas — the lead contractor in the state Senate’s sham election "audit" — are public records and must be released.

Additional review has found further contacts with prominent election deniers and activists conducting canvassing operations, as well as new information about costs and the election review’s reach in other states.

On Tuesday, the Arizona Senate released tens of thousands of pages of records related to its partisan election "audit."

Included in the documents is information regarding audit payments as well as communications that audit officials and legislators exchanged with outside parties, including election conspiracy activists, members of Trump’s legal team, and others.

As the "audit" has dragged on for months, the Arizona Senate has resisted transparency about the operation.

The ruling upholds the Superior Court’s order to produce records by Aug. 31, and comes as the “audit” team prepares its draft report to submit to the Senate.

On Wednesday, an Arizona judge again ordered the state Senate to release by Aug. 31 records in its possession related to its partisan “audit” of Maricopa County’s election results.
