Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service for records of communications with White House officials about the annual tax return audits for President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. This lawsuit also seeks communications with Treasury’s political appointees about the audits as well as the ethics documents of several IRS appointees.
