Lawsuit filed by Campaign for Accountability (CfA) against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for the calendars and communications of Diane Foley, deputy assistant secretary of the Office of Population Affairs and director of the Office of Adolescent Health. This lawsuit also seeks any communications exchanged between HHS and the anti-abortion organization The Obria Group. American Oversight began representing CfA in this case in August 2020.
