Emails and text messages from the U.S. General Services Administration related to the agency’s decision to relocate certain offices to Kansas City, Missouri. American Oversight sought these records to shed light on the agency’s choice of city and building. The initial FOIA request for these records was filed in partnership with the Union of Concerned Scientists.
