Records include correspondence between DOE and Andrew Wheeler, who helped arrange the meeting. These records also show that chief executive officer of Murray Energy Corporation, Robert Murray, sent an “Action Plan” to “assist in the survival of our country’s coal industry” to Energy Secretary Perry in 2017.
