Files from the CIA, Justice Department, and National Archives containing emails from Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s time working in the White House under President George W. Bush. These records were released by the agencies in late 2018 and early 2019 in response to Freedom of Information Act litigation brought by six members of the Senate Judiciary Committee represented by American Oversight.
