Order Denying American Oversight’s Motion Seeking Discovery: Sessions’ Clinton Investigation Directive

Order from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denying American Oversight’s motion seeking discovery. As part of American Oversight’s lawsuit involving the Justice Department’s investigation of Hillary Clinton, American Oversight asked the court for leave to seek discovery. American Oversight sought this action after the Justice Department produced a signed letter from Attorney General Jeff Sessions months after it said the letter didn’t exist.
