Updated FOIA request to EPA seeking resumes and job titles for political appointees hired by President Trump after March 15, 2017. This FOIA updates a previous request submitted by American Oversight seeking this information.

American Oversight released the following statement after reports that Trump administration advisor Carl Icahn had been subpoenaed by the U.S Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York regarding his role in influencing biofuel policy.
