FOIA to the Executive Office for United States Attorneys seeking communications between senior Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts concerning federal prosecution of a Massachusetts state court judge for allegedly allowing a criminal defendant out the rear door of her courtroom to evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention.
